I'm feeling rather overwhelmed lately so I've decided to make a 'snap out of it' list so I can get back in the game and take back control. It doesn't help that my 'restful' long weekend was hijacked by a cold, but I'm determined to stop feeling overwhelmed.
1. Stay Zen at work - As long as I communicate things are too crazy and what will or won't be done, I think I can accomplish this. I need to remove myself from this situation a little and not let others get me overexcited, I'm only one person, I should be expected to do the work of one person.
2. Go to the gym. As soon as I'm well, it's gym time 1st thing in the morning. I feel weak and sore right now, and the gym always lifts my spirits. It's time to get back into it.
3. Research my career goals. I can't keep running at this pace forever. I need to do some research to see what my options are in Saskatoon and where I want to be. I need some positive focus, instead of 'I don't want to do that'
4. Take more pictures of Ryan. There's lots of me, Bunnyrat and Tartanya but not many of Ryan. As you guessed I'm not very diligent with the picture taking. I need to start doing more.
5. Christmas setup! Get my Christmas tree set up and try not to go crazy with buying new decorations since I have way more space to decorate this year :)
Alright, lets see if this happens now that it's in writing. Wish me luck!
