The Basics:


Full Name: Candice

Birthday: July 5th, 1982, almost the big 24!

Hair style/colour: It's long and light brown with blonde streaks and sideswept bangs.

Eye colour: Green

Height/Weight: 5'9 1/2 - 116 lbs - well it's 10 pounds more than I was in highschool and 1st year university but it's 10 pounds less than I was at Christmas.

Current place of residence: Regina, SK, Next week I will officially be a resident of Saskatoon



Favourites:

Colour: Purple, brown, hot pink, periwinkle, I like colour

Food: I like food almost all ethnicities and all types


Drink: Caesars, I could so use one right now

Movie: I have a bunch, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Moulin Rouge to name a couple.

TV show: Gilmore Girls, America's Next Top Model - If Jade wins I'm going to be so mad! And South Park.

Scent: anything but the outdoors right now, I'm so allergic

Music artist/Band: There's too many great bands. I like more Rock stuff. Foo Fighters is an all time fav, I can never get enough of Ben Folds, various punk stuff Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, The Used.

Piece of clothing: My Moto jeans I got in the tall girl store.

Activity: Running, walking, shopping, frisbee, computer stuff, playing with my cat, I can't sit still for long

Which friend makes you laugh the most?: They all do. Barb's the only one to make mountain dew come out of Dan's sister's nose.

First brush with the law: Running a yeild sign when I was 18.

First time trying alcohol: Let's change this to the first time I got piss ass drunk. Because we always had wine at my house for Christmas and stuff since I can remember. So that would be 16 and Erika and I shared a puke bucket.

First time doing drugs: I haven't ever.

First time going on vacation:Since before I was born we were going to Ontario every summer

Last time you had sex: Saturday

Last time you got drunk: Last Friday at Phil's

Last time you saw a movie in theatres: I don't remember, that's so sad

Last time you exercised: yesterday I went for a run and did some strength training

Last time you cried: I'm an emotional time bomb right now. If my shoe lace came untied I think I would break down. Today is my last Monday at work here, that's almost making me cry.

Last time you laughed: At Jeff and his silly algorithm.

Last time you played with toys: All the time, James and I play Uno at lunch hours and he has a Spud Trooper.

Last time you got seriously injured: Probably a month ago when I fell in Saskatoon. It wasn't that bad but it kept me from exercising for a while.

Last time you stole something: I download music all the time. I will buy cds if they are really good.

Last time you did something crazy? I don't know, I do crazy stuff all the time. I'm having a salad party and we're going to watch Cool Hand Luke and eat Newman's own salad dressing. It's almost a Gilmore-ism when I write it like that.

What was the worst movie you�ve ever seen?: Braveheart, I haven't been able to stay awake through it yet.

Think of the funniest/most clever/cutest/coolest T-shirt you�ve ever seen. What did it say?: I love my Save a horse ride a cowboy tshirt.

Quote something from your yearbook blurb, or, if you haven�t graduated, quote something that someone wrote in your last yearbook: Well I don't have it around. I remember writing stupid stuff in other people's yearbooks though. I wrote in someone's backwards, I remember that, but I don't remember whose, and I don't remember what, and I don't remember why. HS was so long ago, I don't remember alot from then.

Can you touch your toes without bending your knees?: Finally! For the first time in my life! My legs are 36" long and I have a short torso, you do the math!

If you could change one thing, physically, about yourself, what would it be?: I'm pretty comfortable with myself. I burnt my lip on some pizza on the weekend. I think it's not noticible when I wear lipstick, I would make that go away quicker.

Steven Spielberg is making a movie about your life. Which actor/actress gets to play you?: Shannon Elizabeth, she's quirky and dry enough to play me.

When was the last time you threw up?: the new year's before last, I learned my lesson. Do not follow 2 double shots of absinthe with 4 tequila and mezcal shots when you haven't eaten anything all day and have already drank 1/2 a mickey vodka.

Most embarrassing moment ever?: Read the above, that was pretty embarassing. I think I bounced back quite well.

If you could switch places with someone for a day, who would it be?: Someone who has some vacation time! I'm in dire need of one.

What are you listening to right now?: I forgot my iPod so I'm listening to typical work sounds. Typing, someone talking about work stuff in the cubicle next to me.

Describe the view from your bedroom window: I've got the picture window in my house, I can see my car and across the street.

Where do you work?: I can't say on my blog but it is a crown corporation. Only til next week though.

Do you like your job?: I love my job here in Regina. If I were to move it to Saskatoon I wouldn't like it as much. So I got a new job in Saskatoon.

What was your favourite year in school?: 1st and 2nd year university. It was fun. I could stay out all night and party and go to work the next day at 8 and not even feel it. I wish I could do that now.

Write a few of your old internet screen names down: Just Candygirl, I thought it was cute when I was 12 and I haven't really changed it.

What�s your favourite letter of the alphabet? I'm a fan of the C

What is the grossest thing you�ve ever seen?: I've probably blocked it out.

What is the saddest thing you�ve ever seen?: Also I've blocked it out. When my old neighbors lost their son

What is the funniest thing you�ve ever seen?: Too many, I laugh all the time.

What�s your earliest memory of childhood?: I remember my uncle getting a sweater for Christmas when I was 2, it's a tradition that reigns true to this year. I have pictures of my uncle in the same pose every year holding up his Christmas sweater.

What was your favourite subject in school?: I'm such a geek, it was always some sort of science. When I was little it was Biology, then in HS it was physics and biology, university is was my fun computer science classes.

Would you rather shave your head or your entire body?: body, I practically do anyways. Why can't the european trend catch on?

If you could only listen to one CD for the rest of your life, which CD would it be?: Ben Folds' Rocking the Suburbs

If you could only watch one TV show for the rest of your life, which TV show would it be?: Gilmore Girls

Have you ever met anyone famous?: Steve Yzerman, I stalked him for a summer in Windsor, Sum 41 guys, I know I've met more but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Most romantic memory you have?: My engagement but you're all tired of hearing that story by now.

Describe one of your dreams that you vividly remember?: When I was little I always had a dream that the neighbors yellow corvette was chasing me. It looked so evil with those pop up headlights.

Think back 6 years ago. What would you be doing on this day?: It would have been grade 12, probably in the midst of IB exams.

If you had 500$ to spend in one store, what store would it be and what would you buy?: Well I'm buying a dining room set from Bowring, it would probably go towards that, but it's more than $500. For Clothes, probably Banana Republic but it wouldn't go very far, probably 1 outfit.

Did you ever make any funny clubs with your friends when you were little?: I remember we had so many! I can't remember what though. I had a fort in Saskatoon, it was built ontop of our backyard shed, you went around the back and climbed up the ladder to this little door and there were 2 floors in there of fort fun. It was thee place to be for any club.

Did your parents spank you when you were a kid?: yeppers. Look how well behaved I am, it worked.

Are you spoiled?: I don't think I was spoiled as a kid. Other kids always had way more than I did. I spoil myself now though.

Have you ever almost died?: yep 20 car pile up on the ring road, could of been way worse, I'm very lucky.

Do you have any weird talents or things that you can do?: not really I'm pretty normal.

Look directly to your left. What do you see?: Wy windows machine, I'm on my linux machine right now.

Do you have any weird phobias?: not weird, I'm afraid of heights, I can't cross the train bridge on foot in Saskatoon. I will try to over come this this summer but I'm not making any promises.

What�s your favourite swear word?: ass, but it's really more of an adjective to me than a swear word

Regardless of cost, if you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Well with my schooling I could live almost anywhere in the world. I don't think we realise how good we have it in Sask!

What�s your favourite song lyric ever?: Well I'm on a big Metric craze, I love their feminist, anti consumerism lyrics "Buy this car to drive to work, drive to work to pay for this car" or "I'm so glad that I'm an island"

What are your plans for today?: This morning I'm doing some documentation, then I'm at the Pasqua Hospital this afternoon for work to do Wireless Site Surveys, then I'm going to go for a run and contemplate going for wings with the guys tonight.

What was the last book you read?: It was called the program. I had it figured out from the beginning I think that's why it was hard to finish. Damn high school english when they teach you all about foreshadowing and using literary devices! It's ruined alot of books and movies for me.

Pick up the closest book or magazine to you. Alright! I have a fitness mag close by not a computer book! It's on a magazine called fitness and it says "Surprising ways to destress".

If you had to remove one of your limbs, which one would you choose?:none, I like them all equally.

Are you a religious person? Which religion do you practice?: I'm not really religious. If you are that's great, as long as you respect my personal beliefs I will respect yours.

Best gift you�ve ever received?: I have very thoughtful friends. Right now I'm thanking my stars that Brett bought me that vaporizer, especially since it's allergy season and I can't breathe but I am sleeping and I would have never thought to buy it for myself.


What was the last instant message you received?: It was from Dan, it said "love you cutie"

Regardless of size or cost, if you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be and what would you name it?: It would be a Tiger. He would be named "Big Tiger that can eat me whole"

What�s the most annoying song in the world?: there are so many. Go look at the Top 40 list on Billboard, I think most of them are annoying.
